iControl for Resource Provisioning MGMT

I've found the MGMT resource provisioning section, but cannot tell how to set the Management setting from Small to Medium or Large https://devcentral.f5.com/wiki/iControl.Management__Provision.ashx

 

Based on this, I think it is TMOS_MODULE_HOST

Then I need to provision to "Large" so I'm thinking the corresponding may be PROVISION_LEVEL_DEDICATED

 

Anyone done this before?
