HTTPD binds to localhost

I'm having a consistent issue, that being I've tried this on many machines with VMware workstation installed, that I can't connect to the Web GUI. Here's what I do with the initial setup of VE.

 

1. Boot VM

 

2. Sign in as root

 

3. Run config and accept the IP

 

4. Check config executing 'b mgmt'

 

 

My only workaround is to edit the httpd.conf file direct updating the Listen stanza from localhost:80 to the mqmt IP.

 

 

First I'm very new to F5 stuff so please go easy on me :-).
