HTTP_REQUEST_DATA event getting triggered even if the HTTP:COLLECT was not invoked

Hi All,

I have written an iRules script based on my understanding that HTTP_REQUEST_DATA event only gets activated only if the HTTP:COLLECT method is invoked. Is my understanding correct? Is there any F5 setting that governs this behavior or is there a known issue that causes the HTTP_REQUEST_DATA event to be triggered even if the HTTP:COLLECT was not called?
