HTTP profile for a Performance L4 virtual server

Hi all:

According to https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K16446 , The BIG-IP system now allows a Performance (Layer 4) virtual server to have an associated HTTP profile, but when I configured my virtual server to set the default HTTP profile "http" in the system, it just failed.

So can anyone help me on how to configure an HTTP profile for a performance L4 virtual server in detail? Thanks a lot!

    I'm afraid you need to be a bit more specific so we can help you out.

     

    I have just added an HTTP profile to my Performance L4 VIP as seen below:

    Could you please let me know what do you mean by 'it just failed'?
