HTTP and URI Redirect

Can someone assist with a iRules with the following requirements:

 

 

1) When a client hits "" they should be redirected to "https:///Proxy"

 

 

2) If clients hits they should be redirected to https:///Proxy"

 

 

 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
