How to upload qkview

I assume you have downloaded it to your computer? If not you can download it via scp from the bigip from the /var/tmp folder.

 

If you're not familiar with scp you can generate and download it via the web ui. Available under the System->Support.

 

To upload the qkview to F5, I know of four ways:

 

1. Upload it to ihealth.f5.com and refer to your case.
2. Upload it to https://dropbox.f5.com
3. Upload it to your case with "Upload files to the case".
4. Upload it via scp by issuing scp [path tolocal file] [casenumber]@dropbox.f5.com:/ (the password is your email address).

Out of these 4 I've heard that ihealth is the most efficient one as the others takes additional time for the engineer to get access to the qkview file.
