high-level performance data is available in the Platform Datasheet. Depending on how many software modules you'll be running on a given platform, you'll want to cross reference the aforementioned datasheet with the product matrix (pre-v11.4) or for 11.4, reference the release notes for memory requirements.
Or, you can contact your sales rep to work out the best solution for your needs.

Hi, to start with collect following information: Throughput requirement, No. of users, No. of sessions required, SSL sessions (including 2K SSL), then features like Local SLB, Global LB, Web Accelerator etc. You can use these parameters to decide upon the Appliance & modules required; which can be used to have detailed BoQ. You also need to select support for selected appliance & modules (if any). You can get exact BoM from F5 SE once you have above requirements ready as they do not publish their Price List on partner portal.

Hello Pranav, thanks for the reply..... As you mentioned in last line, "You can get exact BoM from F5 SE once you have above requirements ready" I want to know about that Tool where F5 people will make BoM. Ihat want some knowledge on that, how I will get access for that tool.....

Hi Vipin, unfortunately there is no Tool like Cisco's DCT to make F5 BOM. You need to refer to Data sheets to decide on appliance model & mudules and then approach F5 SE to get actual BoM.
