How to increase HMS memory and reduce TMM memory pool
Hello
By default the system allocates around 90% of the memory to the TMM and around 10% of the memory is left to HMS.
How can this be changed so the TMM receive a pool of around 50% of the memory and the rest is freed to the Linux system and visible in the with the "free" command as free
that is possible, you can look in the K article for a start with the three levels. after that you can play with a bigdb variable, but that is not advised.

also looking at your other question, what are you trying to do that requires so much memory? is it required to run that on the big-ip?

Are you planning to run some scripting or scheduled tasks that require that big mem for linux usage. Can you please elaborate your actual requirement. Modifying these are not advisable.
