I have to install ASM into my Flexible Instance(cisco) product to inplement security.We sent mail to support team to get the software,but we couldn't get any response.Please suggest the path.

EmployeeASM is not a software package that will run outside of a BIG-IP environment. It is a software module that runs ON a BIG-IP platform. Depending on your environment and throughput demands, you may want to talk to your support team about different BIG-IP platform options (hardware or hypervisor-based) that will connect into your Cisco fabric to support your security needs.
