How to configure BIG-IP VPN client in Windows Terminal Server

I have terminal server configured with thin clients users connecting terminal server. They need to connect to client VPN using BIG-IP VPN client. But the issue is that if I install the VPN client on server then the DNS and other network parameters changes so they are not able to connect the terminal server. Kindly guide how to overcome the challenge so that I can give them thin client for the VPN task
