How to build the Radius iApp without using NAS
Hi,
we were trying to build the Radius iApp explained in this document: https://www.f5.com/pdf/deployment-guides/radius-iapp-dg.pdf
On the step of configuring the Health Monitoring part, we are required to fill (as it is in blue as required field) the NAS IP address. In our case we don't use a Network Access Servers (NAS). Radius is used to authenticate the access to the network devices. If we press next we are denied to continue (attached screenshot).
There is a way to use the Radius iApp without puting the NAS IP? or what could be the NAS IP in our scenario?
Thank you very much.

Hi, it looks like that address is only used in the monitor configuration. You could either a) put in a fake IP address there, then disable strictness on the iApp and manually reconfigure the RADIUS monitor to not use a NAS address, or b) export the RADIUS iApp template, edit the line:
string nas_ip display "xxlarge" required validator "IpAddress"
to read
string nas_ip display '"xxlarge" validator "IpAddress"
and then rename the template and reimport it to BIG-IP.
I would go with option b if you want to preserve strictness on your deployment.
