How long do the QKVIEW files remain on the F5 before they expire?

Here's an excerpt from the iHealth User Guide:

In accordance with the F5 data retention policy, the BIG-IP iHealth system will automatically delete your qkview files for closed cases one month after upload. However, you may optionally delete your uploaded qkview file at any time.
