Getting Logon to show in APM reports

Are you selecting "login user name" in your custom report? Kerberos SSO uses a standard APM session variable (session.sso.token.last.username or session.logon.last.username), so you should be able to see those.

I was using the built in session report, but I just built a custom report, and made sure login user name was checked and it does not display.

Ahh, I think I know what's going on. By default the Kerberos SSO profile uses the session.sso.token.last.username session variable, but this doesn't appear to be what the report looks at with the "Login user name". The value does exist in the report under session.sso.token.last.username, but if you want to see it in a custom report, use session.logon.last.username in the Kerberos SSO profile.

In my Kerberos SSO, I have session.logon.last.username. I don't even see a session.sso value available in the details of any session variable. I do see the value populated in the session.logon.last.username as you described though.

If it helps any, the logon value does show in the Manage Sessions page, just not the APM Reports page.
