Getting Logon to show in APM reports

I use APM with a kerberos SSO and like to monitor session status in the reports. Problem is, it's very difficult to see a particular persons session because the logon column is not populated whne I ...

If it helps any, the logon value does show in the Manage Sessions page, just not the APM Reports page.
