firepass online upgrade issue

HI experts !

 

 

 

i need help in upgrading my firepass. currently running 6.0.3 version .

 

 

i went to maintainance tab--->online upgrade . but still after 24 hours its desplaying the following message

 

 

 

warning : online update is courrently running , please wait .

 

 

 

we have very good internet speed.

 

 

 

 

Any inputs will be greatly appreciated !

    Never upgrade online as I highly doubt the firepass has access to the f5 download section. Even if you did, it's not a good idea.

     

     

    Download the version upgrade or hotfix from https://downloads.f5.com/esd/productlines.jsp

     

     

    Once downloaded, click on maintenance -> Local Update -> Put in the password for the hotfix (listed in the readme) and browse to the file.
