Facing Issue to connect DSLS License server(Pool member) Via F5

Hi team i am facing one issue if user trying to access the VIP port 443 from software which is installed in local system and VIP redirect the traffic to server on port 4084 and 4085 but user are not to connect. But if he tried to do the same after bypass the F5 he is successfully connected.

    Not able to connect: Are the redirects processed and the follow up connection not working, or are the redirects not occurring at all, or incorrect? Are the 4084 and 4085 servers represented by F5 VIPs? If so, is there a SYN time out, RST, or TCP handshake followed by no response to GET? Probably need the virtual server configurations and the redirect rule in order to go any further.
