Not able to connect: Are the redirects processed and the follow up connection not working, or are the redirects not occurring at all, or incorrect? Are the 4084 and 4085 servers represented by F5 VIPs? If so, is there a SYN time out, RST, or TCP handshake followed by no response to GET? Probably need the virtual server configurations and the redirect rule in order to go any further.
