I installed the F5 Application Visibility and Reporting module on the F5 appliance. I enabled some analytics for an application. I would like to give somebody access to see all of the analytics/application statistics, but none of the configuration for the application. Is this possible?

Based on what is in the BIG-IP System: User Account Administration manual, there does not appear to be a user role that would allow access to AVR, but not to the configuration.
You might be able to give access to the WebUI, but restrict the URLs a user is able to reach, using an iRule or the included APM functionality.
