you can check the bigip_base.conf if you find any reference to this file. It also might be a file in the filestore (/config/files_d/Common_d/datasync_update_file_d)

 

I would suggest to perform a grep -r 'Test_uat_ssl_profile' in the /config directory to see what it references to
