dears I read in F5 documentation that (The interfaces that you specify for the trunk must operate at the same media speed, and must be set at full-duplex mode.)
so just speed and duplex should match , so can I bundle 1G UTP with 1G SFP ?

yes that should be fine, interface type shouldn't matter.
