NimbostratusTry check the LTM log file for the traffic. If you need to get the traffic thoroughly, you can run tcpdump. Applications runs based on ports, you cannot run two applications run on same port that is hosted in same server. If they are hosted in different servers, you can make two different pools, as you know.
