F5 Syslog... FastCGI: read() from pipe failed (0)

Hi

 

I Got the syslog like this...

 

Critical : fcgi-[2486]: [alert] (4)Interrupted system call: FastCGI: read() from pipe failed (0) Critical : fcgi-[2486]: [alert] (4)Interrupted system call: FastCGI: the PM is shutting down, Apache seems to have disappeared - bye

 

I try to find the reason.... But cannot found any article in AskF5.

But... I cannot explain it to my customer As It is not official doc(Not F5 article..)

 

So... Could you explain to me this issue's reason?
