F5 slow with IBM MQ

I've two IBM MQ servers, and I am using F5 to load balance messages between both. When my application put messages in MQ (through F5) it will be too slow. I've checked and I've found that with every message my application will finalize TCP session using TCP.FIN. when I connect application directly to MQ, it keeps the TCP session.

my question can F5 load balance my application messages between MQs without closing TCP session. By the way every tcp session will cost 4 seconds becasue MQ will init "MQ session" for its "new" client
