F5 Discover Process and Users rights

So unfortunately discovery must be done with an administrator account. We do an update on Big3d and also a key exchange, both which require administrator privileges.

 

 

That being said, your idea would for creating a specific user on the f5 device as an admin and then switching it would work. The only catch with this solution is that any time you wish to discover the device again, you will have to flip that user back to an admin, as the key exchange happens again.

 

 

Right now, this is the only limitation we can see, but please let us know if you run into any other issues in doing this.
