i am not sure but would you mind trying custom https monitor with cipherlist ALL instead?

e.g. 

root@ve10(Active)(tmos) list ltm monitor https myhttps
ltm monitor https myhttps {
    cipherlist "ALL"
    compatibility "enabled"
    defaults-from https

    interval 5
