Citrix iApp v2.4.4 Failure - "script did not successfully complete:"

I just built and licensed a brand new LTM/APM in AWS. I'm running 13.1.1 and using Citrix template v2.4.4 . Have any of you ran across this error? LTM/APM is fully licensed. Turns out most of the iApp script ran because I can see it built out almost all of the LTM components. I'm running through config now looking for the item it choked, I believe the APM piece was not built.
