F5 APM as IDP Proxy

Hi guys, do you know if is possible configure an F5 BigIP as an Identity Provider proxy? This is the scenario:

 

A Service Provider is trusted with F5 BigIP IDP, so in an SP Initiated SSO all authentication request are sent to the F5 BigIP IDP but I need to proxy these request to another IDP.

 

Do you think is possible?

    I'm trying to solve exactly the same scenario. Does anyone know whether this is doable in F5 APM? I know how to do it Shibboleth IDP, but I'd rather use F5 APM, if F5 APM is capable of doing this.
