F5--> bluecoat cookie problems

Hello ,

 

I have a connection as shown below

 

client ---> Bluecoat RP ----> F5VIP -----Server

 

we have clientside and serverside ssl profiles applied , one connect profile applied on the VIP.

 

1.) client complains of receiving multiple cookies on his browser(more than 4 cookies) at the sametime. 2.) The RP cache was not enabled , but after it was a enabled the problem was stopped. 3.) is it possible to configure a parameter on the F5 VIP that can direct the RP to perform a cache ?
