Extracting the qkview file gives an error in ihealth.f5.com
Hello,
Can someone could help me out. Few weeks back we upgraded Big-IP's from version 11.5.4 HF2 to 12.1.2 HF2 After that we are having an issue when uploading qkview file to While extracting the qkview file it gives below error.
filename.qkview has failed upload processing Please verify that you have uploaded a valid qkview The QKView is corrupt. failed trying to extract filename.qkview

A couple things to check. First, make sure you have enough space so the qkview can finish generation. Second, check if you have any large files in /var/core (see https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K28745769). If neither of those are a problem, you may wish to open a support case.

I checked those couple of things on my VCMP guest and we have some files on cd /var/core and informed to F5. I open up a case with F5 regarding this and waiting for response.

I have seen an issue like this recently when a qkvirw file was renamed after being taken and iHealth checksum validation failed.
If you can take a qkview from bash, command is just qkview (K12878: Generating diagnostic data using the qkview utility)
Copy it off the F5 device and upload a second is, do not rename the file,and up load to F5 iHealth.
