CumulonimbusI have seen an issue like this recently when a qkvirw file was renamed after being taken and iHealth checksum validation failed.
If you can take a qkview from bash, command is just qkview (K12878: Generating diagnostic data using the qkview utility)
Copy it off the F5 device and upload a second is, do not rename the file,and up load to F5 iHealth.
