Error Code 9002: Antivirus software check failed

In network endpoint inspector, throws error: Error Code 9002: Antivirus software check failed

how to fix these issue?

  • are you an end user or the F5 admin?


    if an F5 admin, check what the APM settings are, are all anti-viruses allowed and which version of opswat is used.

    This message is diplayed when there's a failure in antivirus software detection on the client computer.

    So first, check the availability of antivirus on client computer.

    I have windows defender available in computer.

    I can get full scan with computer, Update the protection updates also.

    But still the issue occurs.
