does configsync fail? if it fails, have you ever tried csTest.pl debug tool?

we used version 10.2.2, the conifgsyn was configured to be manually, so now we don't sync the config. is that the reason?

so now we don't sync the config.can you try to do (start) config sync? does it work or not?

we tried , and found the error was caused by our ha status, not conifg sync related.

 

if we offline one of the devices within an ha group. then this log appeared.
