Enterprise Manager

Hi guys, We have added a user to all the devices thru EM(enterprise manager 3.1.0) got the access for all the devices but 2 what can be the problem and possible solution.

@Hamish I guess i am not clear with your question.

My point is after adding the users to all the devices thru EM just the login credentils does not work for 2 of the devices (GTMs). And the confusing part is that when i click on the launch thru EM i am able to go into that device. I am not sure what's wrong with that.
