Cut and Paste issue in Citrix XD/XA after APM replaces Citirx NSGW

Hi,

 

Does anyone encounter the same behavior in Citrix XD/XA after NSGW replaced by BIGIP APM wherein disabling cut and paste functions are not working.

    Found the issue, there is configuration in Storefront that needs to recognize BIGIP as a gateway.

    Hello, I believe you can do this in the Remote Desktop configuration with the Custom Parameters option. Citrix used to have a web page with a list of these parameters, but it appears to be missing now so you might have to do some looking for the exact parameter needed.
