cpu consumption on HA standby devices is higher

hi everyone,

in some cases of devices that have HA configuration, the cpu consumption on the standby device has a higher percentage compared to the active device.

checking the top menu, the highest rating on both devices is java. and I think that's normal. has anyone ever experienced something similar, the cause of the standby device cpu being higher than the primary device?
