If you're looking for APM CCU (concurrent user) licensing information, SOL13267 talks about what actually consumes a license (since not every connection does).
After looking at multiple ways of looking for the actual CCU license counts, we ended up with this command,
. You'll get a response that looks a little bit like the following. The second line contains the current count of utilized APM licenses.echo -e 'get tmm.license.global_connectivity\r' | nc 127.1.1.2 11211VALUE tmm.license.global_connectivity 0 2 37 ENDThere is an article that was related to this here. It's in French, and focused on logging during the APM session start flow, but it's worth looking over.

Just take the total number of connections every 60 seconds. Then calculate the difference between consecutive readings and divide by 60. That's connections per second. You'll need your SSL license to be about twice your PEAK connections per second (averaged over 60 second period as above).
For APM. Grab a lab edition (US$100) and run one up. Best education you can get is doing it yourself and learning from your mistakes.

sessions per second ssl offload. We are currently seeking a quote for the apm license and our architect was looking for that info.
Would tmsh show sys traffic work ?
output of command:

You talking APM? (Sessions). Or connections per second on SSL offload?
(Either way you can get the numbers from either tmsh or snmp. Or iControl (REST or SOAP). You just have to get the numbers from a different place, depending on what you actually want...
