what is the best to get the number of conncurrent network connections on LTM for license purposes ?

Dec 31, 2014If you're looking for APM CCU (concurrent user) licensing information, SOL13267 talks about what actually consumes a license (since not every connection does).
After looking at multiple ways of looking for the actual CCU license counts, we ended up with this command,
echo -e 'get tmm.license.global_connectivity\r' | nc 127.1.1.2 11211. You'll get a response that looks a little bit like the following. The second line contains the current count of utilized APM licenses.
VALUE tmm.license.global_connectivity 0 2
