Config Util problems uploading ISO/Hotfixes

Problem -   Uploading files in the config utility was throwing and error right at the 100% complete mark and not showing the file as available for install.       Work arounds - ...

Putting the ISO files in /shared/images with scp worked as far as completing the file transfers was concerned, but the files did not appear in the list of known images in the Configuration utility web console. have you seen it when running b software image or tmsh list sys software image?
