Im checking around to see if there is any way that I can run a script or command on the F5 to search for any inactive vip's or with zero connection in the past six months,
Please help me

MVPim not aware of something that is build to do exactly that. if you upload your config to ihealth it will point out some unused object. with statistics you can look for vips that didn't have traffic. but exact time frame depends on your uptime.
