Citrix Storefront 2.5- User Logs and it takes them back to the login page.

Good Morning Experts,

 

I have a customer who is using F5 in their Citrix environment. Intermittently, they have an issue where a user logs into storefront and then it takes them back to the login page. The only way around this is to reboot the Storefront Servers. In their Netscaler Environment, this issue does not happen. I verified that they have the following installed in their F5 environment:

 

The VPN is at 11.5.1 HF3, so for APM has the requisite hotfix. The versions of the F5s doing the load-balancing are at 10.2.0. The VIPs on this are gradually being moved to the new hospital F5, which is at 11.5.1 HF4.

 

Can the problem be that the F5's that are doing the load balancing are at 10.2.0??

    Im getting the same however I was only using the f5 to load balance Storefront Internally. Did you ever find a resolution to this problem? Rebooting doesn't work for me!
