Can two GTM views share a single zone file -or- can zonerunner handle two views for one zone and one view for another?

Here is my dilemma: Zone 123.com really has only one view, everyone gets the same answers. Zone abc.com has two zones, internal and external.

I really don't want to have two identical zone files for 123.com, but it looks like if I have two views for one zone, I have to have two views for ALL zones handled by my GTM. I could go in and "hack" the named.conf file so that both views referred to the same zone file for 123.com, but we have a few different admins here and we have them use the GUI...so I don't want to break things there.

What is the "best practice" for configuring a server which handles multiple zones with different views?
