Can i DO direct Upgrade my BIG IP LTM from v 13.1.0.2 (Build 0.0.6) version to 15.1.0.4 or Do i need to go for any other Base Versions
Can some one suggest me

- But I run into problem that the The configuration can not be loaded and I currently stuck in the upgrade process and try to find out why it cannot be loaded
Here ist my message from the LB:
"The configuration has not yet loaded. If this message persists, it may indicate a configuration problem."
