C# iControl SDK 10.2 Release PDB?

Is there an official .pdb file for the release version of the 10.2 SDK? I realize I can generate this from the source but would prefer not to do this if possible. (This was included in previous releases)

    When I downloaded this about 4 weeks ago, I did get the .pdb with it. I assume you're going to the SDK link?

    The Debug folder has the .pdb, but not the release:
