I ve installed LTM VE on VM Player. I'm trying to license via GUI but not able to do it.
I' m thinking we need to access via GUI from the VM player but am not able to login to VM ...

CirrostratusNo, I'm suggesting you do whatever necessary to make your laptop NIC come up, that is the issue I believe.
