BIG-IQ automatic configuration backup to SFTP server is not working

I am running BIG-IQ version 4.5 and tried to schedule the daily backup for the managed LTM's using SFTP server but its failing with the below error and I couldnt see any hits in the SFTP server.

Backup failed

Any idea?

Try restarting restjavad on the BIG-IQ. bigstart stop restjavad bigstart start restjavad

There is a bug around this that may be fixed in 4.5.0 HF2
