BIG-IP : pool members percentage red
F5 BIG-IP Virtual Edition v11.4.1 (Build 635.0) LTM on ESXi
For purposes of building a real-time prod operations monitoring tool, I need the following statistic :
% of pool members enabled but offline due to health-monitor check failing
Is this statistic available via iControl API ? iControl REST endpoints ? command line ? some other mechanism ?

The number of pool members online, offline, enabled is available. You will have to calculate the percentage in whatever scripting you use.
All of this information is available through the API externally or tmsh locally on the device
