Big IP > Node1 down, compleately unaccessible
We have a problem on our system, since node1 went down a few days ago, and we can not get it to run again. We tried several times to restart him (plug out cable, LAN...) but nothing. He starts normally, and when booting is finished the screen is just empty and no LAN led's are showing signs of life.
It's not a big problem as node2 has taken over, of course, but still....
Has anyone encountered this kind of problem? Perhaps some HW fault?
We are running 2 x F5 Load Balancer system used with OMIP Server (HW- F5). CF1.1 - BIG-IP 9.1.2 Build 40.2

what is the hardware platform/model? have you got any response when pressing esc( on console?
by the way, don't you open a support case?

Well, we have this machine out of the SLA support agreement, so now it's all on this kind of support, until customer states differently.

there is one-free support case (of course it does not cover hardware replacement) even no valid support contract. it will be treated as standard support (8-6 M-F). anyway, i strongly suggest extending support contract.

How do I open this? I can not create a case since I have to enter the serial or licence number and it does not accept mine? If yoo can share some link to this I would be thankfull.

Hi,
can you please give us some number we can call, since we tried calling 4 different numbers from that list, and they all seem to be barred from here. Is there maybe some mail address we could contact them by?
Thanks.

Hello, we rebooted the bigip and connected our laptop to the management console and got the following output. Hope it helps to find out what is wrong with the Big IP.
