EmployeeIt is indeed possible to interrupt traffic if you update an in-use iRule. Version 11 allows you to make configuration changes to other non-related objects without causing interruptions, and in rare cases you could potentially update a running iRule if it wasn't relying on session variables or things that could get reset in an update, but it is generally BEST practice to NOT make configuration changes to a production system while it is in use.
