Does anyone know how to generate a report to validate if a ASM signature or irule is blocking ??? I am using BIG-IP 11.4

For an ASM signature, you can view the Event Logs by navigating to Security >> Event Logs >> Application >> Requests. That page will show you all the blocks.
As for the iRule, you could add a log statement to the iRule and then view /var/log/ltm to see if the logging statement executed.

Please help me in understanding the status of the signatures in event logs.
And If Signature staging is enabled then logs will be generated or not.
