APM WebTop remove empty url field

Does anyone know how to remove the empty URL field that is on the default full webtop after you login via APM? The text in this field say "Enter an internal resource".

 

I've already gone in to custimization under web applications hometab settings for this webtop and removed "url" from the list "set of elements to be displayed" The URL box remains. I have deleted all of my forms cache, etc, in the browser and this field will not go away. This is in version 11.2

    SOL13593 has instructions on how to remove the URL text box from a full webtop:

    Also, do the same to remove the HELP icon on the webtop

     

    under, divwebtop_toolbar .right add, visibility:hidden;
